Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ethan Drifter, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received an incomplete order

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your name and contact number
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). In such cases, we will provide instructions and may cover the return shipping.

4. Exchanges
If your item is defective or incorrect, and the product is still available, we will offer an exchange at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a replacement of similar value or a refund.

5. Refunds
Since we operate on a cash-on-delivery model:

  • We do not issue refunds to cards or digital wallets
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after item approval

Please note that refused deliveries without valid reason may not be eligible for refunds.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items not caused by shipping
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Custom orders (if any)

7. International Orders
Returns for international orders follow the same policy; however, longer shipping times may apply. Please email us to discuss logistics if you’re returning an item from outside your country of residence.
